Alluna Optics endeavours
to offer you highest quality and best possible handling of orders. The
following general Terms and Conditions apply to an order:
Guarantee
We guarantee a surface precision
for our parabolic mirrors of lambda/6 P-V wavefront at 633 nm Strehl better
.90. If a visual problem should exist nevertheless at your mirror, we revise
or replace the mirror for you if the glass and the coating aren’t damaged.
A further-reaching liability is excluded without consideration for the
claim asserted on the right nature. Our mirrors are normally free of scratches.
If nevertheless occasionally visible scratches should exist on the coated
surface, these don't represent any impairment of the visual performance
and this isn't a complaint reason.
Prices
Given prices on this web
page are valid in EURO and packing, if not indicated differently. The deduction
of cash discount isn't permitted.
Transportation costs are
charged extra depending on weight, size, place of destination and country
of destination. For countries outside the European Union an additional
handling fee of EUR0 100,--. is calculated. Additional charges on deliveries
out of of the European Union, such as taxes or duties, have to be carried
by the buyer.
Order work
We need a deposit of 50%
before start of work and the complete payment for order work with cash
in advance or credit card before the dispatch. Order work is manufactured
directly according to customer wish. At a resignation of the order all
costs accrued until then for material and working time must be paid.
Stock level
Mirrors from the stock level
are delivered after complete payment only if not indicated differently.
Delivery
The delivery is provided
by UPS or forwarding agency depending on weight. Every delivery is insured
after the actual goods value.
Delivery times
We manufacture only few
mirrors per annum. In principle, orders are worked off after incoming order.
For order work the promised
delivery time is regarded as a reference value. Although we do our best
to adhere to these, this cannot be guaranteed. For ready, still uncoated
mirrors from the stock level a delivery time of less than two weeks is
striven, but we cannot guarantee for this.
Other
This contract and all of
the right relations of the parties are subject to the right of the Federal
Republic of Germany under exclusion of the UN purchase right (CISG).
If single terms of this
contract are ineffective or become or remain a gap containedly, so the
other regulations of this are untouched.
